In the suit of these claimacts versus Homer C. Fletcher, as <br />Tax Assessor of Indian River County, et al., Circuit Court No. 70-453, <br />the Court found that these claimants were entitled to. a refund to them of <br />the sum of $11, 379. 39, constituting the difference between the amount of <br />taxes they paid and the amount of taxes that would .have been paid had <br />the lands been assessed as agricultural lands as they should have been <br />Classified and assessed.
