ORDINANCE NO. 97— <br />Effective Date: This ordinance shall become effective upon the <br />issuance by the State Department of Community Affairs of a Notice <br />of Intent to find the related Comprehensive Plan Land Use <br />Designation Amendment contained in Ordinance No. 97-07 in <br />compliance in accordance with s. 163.3184(9) or the issuance of a <br />final order by the Administration Commission finding the referenced <br />amendment in compliance with s. 163.3184(10). <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian'River County, Florida, on this 1st day of April, 1997. <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Press Journal on the 7th <br />day of March, 1997 for a public hearing to be held on the 18th day <br />of March, 1997.
