Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, on <br />this 27`h day of July, 1999. <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Press -Journal on the 30"' day of June, 1999 for a public hearing <br />to be held on the 13`'day of July, 1999.
