<br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the local planning agency on
<br />such matters, has held a public hearing and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this
<br />rezoning request; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, did
<br />publish its Notice of Intent to rezone the hereinafter described property; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that this rezoning is in
<br />conformance with the Comprehensive Plan of Indian River County; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has held two public hearings pursuant to
<br />this rezoning request, at which parties in interest and citizens were heard;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, that the zoning of the following described property situated in Indian River
<br />County, Florida, to -wit:
<br />That part of the southwest one-quarter of Section 14, Township 32 South, Range 39 East,
<br />lying South of the North Relief Canal and East of U.S. Highway Number 1 (S.R.N. 5), said
<br />lands lying and being in Indian River County, Florida.
<br />LESS AND EXCEPT THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PARCEL:
<br />Commence at the northeast corner of the southwest one-quarter of Section 14, Township 32
<br />South, Range 39 East, Indian River County, Florida; thence run south 00 degrees 49'21"
<br />west, along the east line of said southwest one-quarter, a distance of 315.98 feet to a concrete
<br />monument on the south right-of-way line of the Indian River Farms Water Management
<br />District North Relief Canal for the Point of Beginning of the parcel to be described herein;
<br />thence continue south 00 degrees 49' 21" west, 945.33 feet; thence leaving the said east line
<br />of the southwest one-quarter, run north 89 degrees 10' 39" west, 130.00 feet; then north 55
<br />degrees 30' 00" west, 621.00 feet; thence north 85 degrees 36' 00" west, 300.00 feet; thence
<br />north 27 degrees 25'3 1 " west, 70.39 feet to a point on the south line of the said North Relief
