AND <br />EDGAR SCHLITT APPEARED TO INFORM THE BOARD ON HOW THIS PROPERTY <br />WILL BE DEVELOPED. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER M,ASSEY, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />BOGOSIAN, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 73-38 <br />a <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor- t <br />t <br />ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommend- <br />ing changes and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and dial, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties•in interest and citizens <br />were: hoards. Now,- therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />-County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />4 described property owned by Pelican Landing,.Inc., Edgar'Schlitt/ <br />Total Development, Inc., Applicant/Agent, situated in Indian River. <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />That part of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 20 lying <br />East of U. S. Highway No. 1 and that part of Government Lots <br />3 and 4, Section 21 lying East of U. S. Highway tlo. 1, LESS <br />the South 215 feet thereof; said lands lying and being in <br />Township 31 -South, Range 39 -East, Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida. <br />Be changed from C-lA Restricted Commercial District to <br />R-1MP Mobile Home Park District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described <br />in said Zoning Regulation. <br />MAY 91973 J <br />
