ORDINANCE NO. 97- 29 <br />(2) Trees required. Trees shall be planted in the nonvehicular open space to meet the <br />following requirements: <br />(a) Multiple -family residential zoning districts and mobile home residential <br />zoning districts requiring site plan approval: a minimum of one tree per <br />each two thousand (2,000) square feet of nonvehicular open space or <br />fraction thereof, <br />(b) Commercial zoning districts (except "heavy commercial") and medical <br />districts: a minimum of one tree per each three thousand (3,000) square <br />feet of nonvehicular open space or fraction thereof; <br />(c) Heavy commercial, and industrial zoning districts: a minimum of one tree <br />per each four thousand (4,000) square feet of nonvehicular open space or <br />fraction thereof. <br />10. LANDSCAPING CLEARANCE FROM ELECTRICAL FACILITIES <br />Establish landscaping chapter section 926.09(6); as follows: <br />L6) Landscaping near overhead electrical transmission or distribution lines <br />(a) When canopy trees are proposed to be planted within 30' (horizontal <br />distance) of overhead electrical transmission or distribution lines (not <br />service lines), the followingshll apply: <br />2. The distance from the estimated mature tree canopy ed eg to the <br />wire shall be at least 10'. <br />additions. <br />1.
