4 <br />A F F I D A V I T $ <br />STATE OF FLORIDA <br />COUNTY OF INDIAN RIVER <br />BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared <br />KENNETH H. COSMAN and EUNICE T. COS'4AN, his wife, who, after <br />being duly sworn, on oath, state as follows: <br />1. or about April 1, 1972 we wrote a letter to <br />Ecolog.icl1 Utilities, Inc. requesting water service to our <br />home locaAd at 270 6th Drive, S.W., Vero Beach, Florida. <br />,d <br />2. In reply to our request for service, we received a <br />letter dated April 14, 1972 from Mr. J. Peter Martin, a Vice <br />President for Ecological Utilities. The letter is attached <br />to this Affidavit for reference. <br />3. On April 21, 1972 we received a second letter from <br />Steven L. J. Lederer, the Market Manager for Ecological Utilities. <br />' Mr. Lederer requested that we locate our street for him and our <br />lot. <br />4. In response to Mr. Lederer's letter, we obtained a <br />map from the County and evidenced our street and lot. <br />5. Mr. Lederer, in the letter of April 21, 1972, stated <br />that we should organize our neighbors, who also wanted to <br />request service and that we would have to pay for the costs of <br />installation. <br />6. With the help of our neighbors, Mr. and Mrs. Jensen, <br />who live at 260 6th Drive, S.W., Vero Beach, Florida,. we <br />forwarded to Mr. Lederer the.following names of people requesting <br />servicer <br />Mr. and Mrs. Edward Farrell <br />Miss Lily Perron <br />Miss Irene Hamke <br />Mrs. Mary Scott <br />Mr. and Mrs. Godfrey DeTonnencour <br />Mr. and Mrs. Severt PR.
