BACH NIELSEN, ACTING CITY MANAGER, CITY OF VERO BEACH <br />DATED MAY 3, 1973 INFORMING THE BOARD THAT THE CITY OF VERO <br />BEACH WISHES "FIRST REFUSAL" FOR THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY. <br />THE CHAIRMAN THEN ASKED IF ANYONE PRESENT WISHED TO BE <br />.HEARD. <br />FRANK ZORC. WILLIAM BIESCHKE,JOSEPH EAGAN APPEARED <br />IN FAVOR OF THE ABOVE PROJECT, <br />COMMISSIONER SIEBERT ASKED MR. ZORC HOW THE NOISE.. <br />LIGHTS FROM NIGHT BALLGAMES AND CHILDREN IN GENERAL FROM <br />THE RECREATION DEPARTMENT LOCATED NEXT TO THIS PROPERTY <br />WILL AFFECT THE ELDERLY RESIDENTS OF THIS HOUSING PROJECT. <br />MR. ZORC STATED HE DID NOT ANTICIPATE ANY PROBLEMS. THE <br />BOARD AGREED THAT POTENTIAL RESIDENTS OF THIS HOUSING PROJECT SHOULD <br />BE MADE FULLY AWARE OF THESE RECREATIONAL FACILITIES. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER BOGOSIAN, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />MASSEY, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ACCEPTED THE BID FROM ST. FRANCIS <br />MANOR OF VERO BEACH, FLORIDA, INC., A FLORIDA CORPORATION (NON- <br />PROFIT), SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED IN THE <br />SPECIFICATIONS OF THE BID AND SUBJECT TO THE PREPARATION AND <br />ACCEPTANCE OF A SUITABLE LEASE BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS. <br />CHAIRMAN Loy STATED THAT ATTORNEY BURCH,WILL BE IN CONTACT <br />WITH MR.
