C <br />7/14/99 (roseland)Ow <br />ORDINANCE 99 - 2 2 <br />WHEREAS, residents along Roseland Road have requested that the County <br />enlarge the boundaries of the Roseland Road street lighting municipal service taxing <br />unit; and <br />WHEREAS, the original taxing unit was established by Ordinance 89-33; and <br />WHEREAS, enlargement of street lighting in the area will further the safety, <br />health, and well-being of all those residing and owning property within the boundaries <br />of the new district; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, that: <br />The real property included within the new boundaries of this municipal service <br />taxing unit and subject to all provisions of Ordinance 89-33 is described as set forth in <br />Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />SECTION 2. Effective date. <br />A certified copy of this ordinance, as enacted, shall be filed by the Clerk <br />with the Office of the Secretary of State of the state of Florida within ten days <br />after enactment, and this ordinance shall take effect upon filing with the <br />Secretary of State. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, on this 7 t h day of S e p t e m b 11999. <br />This ordinance was advertised for a public hearing in the Vero Beach Press <br />Journal on the r d day o f A t 1999, for a public hearing to be held on 7 t h <br />daS e p t e m b e r , 1999, at which time it was moved for adoption by Commissi <br />yoner <br />SECTION <br />1.
