. Any bonds required by this ordinance of Constitutional Officers in office at the adoption of this ordinance shall be filed with the Clerk within 30 days after the effective date of this ordinance, and kept in force during the Officer's term of office. For Constitutional Officers who take office after the effective date of this ordinance, the bond shall be filed with the Clerk by the time the Officer takes the Oath of Office. Section 4. Effective Date This ordinance shall take effect upon becoming law. The ordinance was advertised in the Vero Beach Press Journal on the 20 day of November 1998, for a public hearing to be held on the 8 day of December 1998, at which time it was moved for adoption by Commissioner M a c h t , seconded by Commissioner Adams , and adopted by the following vote: Chairman John W.
