Appendix B <br />Procurement of CDBG Consultant Services <br />I hereby certify that bidding of CDBG consultant services for <br />application, administration, architectural, construction, and/or <br />engineering is not advantageous, practicable and/or legal, and that <br />sealed proposals were solicited. The procedure is in compliance with <br />the local CDBG procurement policy adopted 19 <br />which is in compliance with existing agency, state and federal <br />regulations. A written evaluation determined that one firm capable of <br />providing all requested services is most advantageous for our needs and <br />that this selection does not constitute sole source solicitation. <br />Attest. <br />Jeffrey K.
