�_ 12/2/92CDOC�La�a1CTP0/sb� <br />ORDINANCE 93- 4 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, MAKING AN EDITORIAL REMOVAL OF <br />CHAPTER 4 1/2 CABLE TELEVISION (1974 CODE) <br />AND NOTING THAT IN CHAPTER 211 CABLE <br />TELEVISION (1990 CODE)* <br />WHEREAS, the County is in the process of updating its <br />1974 code by a new 1990 edition, and <br />WHEREAS, the updating process has resulted in a number of <br />changes when the old chapters were incorporated in the new code, and <br />WHEREAS, there are only two outstanding CATV franchises <br />under Chapter 4 1/2 and there has been recent significant federal <br />legislature in this field which is yet to be fully implemented, and <br />WHEREAS, codification in the 1990 code as this time would <br />be premature, and <br />WHEREAS, orderly administration dictates the removal of <br />Chapter 4 1/2 from the 1974 code and having that so noted in the <br />1990 code, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />that <br />SECTION 1. EDITORIAL REMOVAL. <br />Chapter 4 1/2 Cable Television of the 1974 edition of the <br />Indian River County Code is hereby editorially removed from the 1974 <br />edition of the code. <br />in effect. <br />SECTION 29 ORDINANCES REMAIN IN EFFECT . <br />The following ordinances which govern CATV shall remain <br />Ord.
