.� � S/24/95 (ord\amenutil) Vlc <br />Mfr <br />ORDINANCE NO. 95- 12 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, REPEALING <br />ORDINANCE NO. 89-20 WHICH ADOPTED A SPECIAL SURCHARGE <br />RATE FOR WATER AND SEWER SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS OF LAKE <br />DELORES UTILITIES. <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, that"Ordinance No. 89-20, a copy of which is attached, that <br />adopted a special surcharge rate for the provision of water and wastewater by <br />the County Utilities Department to the customers in the area formerly served <br />by Lake Delores Utilities, is hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />This ordinance shall become effective on becoming law. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, on this 20 day of June 1995. <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Vero Beach Press Journal on <br />the 30 day of May , 1995, for a public hearing to be held on the <br />20 day of June , 1995, at which time it was moved for adoption by <br />Commissioner Eggert , and the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Adams , and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Kenneth R.
