required rehabilitation activities for the eligible <br />housing unit are completed. Funds for rehabilitation <br />loans of $2,500.00 or more may be delivered in individual <br />draws based upon the completion of individual components <br />of the rehabilitation work. The final draw of funds <br />shall not be less than $1,500.00 and it shall be <br />delivered upon completion of all rehabilitation work and <br />a satisfactory final inspection by the corresponding <br />jurisdictional Building Department that all required <br />rehabilitation activities for the eligible housing unit <br />are completed. <br />i. Geographic Area <br />Rehabilitation loans may be made for eligible <br />housing units located anywhere in the County, <br />including all municipalities located within the <br />County. <br />ii. Housing Unit Classification <br />Eligible housing units receiving IRCLHAProgram <br />Rehabilitation Loans may be either owner -occupied <br />or renter occupied single-family or multiple -family <br />residences. <br />Applicant Classification <br />(a) Rehabilitation loans may be awarded for <br />eligible housing to be provided by the following <br />eligible sponsors: <br />1. Non-profit Organizations <br />2. Investors <br />3. Very Low -Income Eligible Persons <br />4. Low -Income Eligible Persons <br />(b) Rehabilitation loans shall result in eligible <br />housing for the following eligible persons: <br />c. Basic Award Terms <br />i. Maximum Monetary Award <br />The maximum monetary award for a rehabilitation <br />loan shall not exceed $10,000.00 per single-family <br />or multiple -family housing unit. Additionally, <br />b.
