Compliance Agreement and Security Instrument Eligible housing units utilizing assistance from the IRCLHAProgram Land Bank Acquisition Tax Deed Purchase Strategy shall be secured by a first mortgage in favor of Indian River County. This first mortgage may be subordinated to construction and/or permanent mortgages applied to the same unit upon approval of the IRCLHAProgram Review Committee. The first mortgage shall serve as the eligible recipient's contractual commitment to comply with the requirements of the IRCLHAProgram. C. Estimated Unit Assistance and Pricing for the IRCLHAProgram Use of the listed Local Housing Assistance Program Strategies by the IRCLHAProgram,will result in the provision of eligible housing units for residents of the county. The housing units assisted can be expected to serve various populations of eligible recipients. Table 1 and Table 2, provided as Exhibit "A" and "B", respectively in Section VI of this document, list the Housing Delivery Goals for funds provided by the SHIP Program.
