WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of.Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommend <br />ing changes and additions to the Zoning Resolution of.Indian River <br />County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property, owned by Mrs. E. E. Carter, situated in Indian <br />River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The East 35.56 acres of Tract 7, Section 28, Township 32 - <br />South, Range 39 -East, according to the last general plat <br />of Indian River Farms Company, filed in the office of the <br />Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, <br />in Plat Book 2, page 25; said land now lying and being in <br />Indian River County, Florida. <br />Be changed from 111-1 Restricted Industrial District to R-lRM <br />Residence -Mobile Home District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described <br />in said Zoning Regulation. <br />-12- <br />_ . 8tlUSC f I �1 <br />Y <br />
