The Subgrantee shall conduct its program and use funds awarded f <br />.'y 1 <br />to it under this agreement in a manner consistent with its letter of <br />.application as -approved by the Program -Agent. Said letter of application. <br />and approval by the Program Agent is attached hereto and incorporated <br />by reference, being made a part'of this agreement as though set forth <br />fully herein. <br />i <br />7. The contracting party on behalf of the Subgrantee certifies <br />'that he has the authority to receive and expend funds awarded pursuant <br />. 1 <br />to this agreement for the purposes of the Emergency Employment Act of <br />1971, P.L. 92-54. <br />8. The Program Agent agrees to make available to the Subgrantee <br />the amount of $26,527.52 , subject to the provisions of Paragraph 2 <br />of this agreement to be utilized by the Subgrantee consistently with the <br />terms of this'agreement. <br />9. The Program Agent shall disburse funds to the Subgrantee on a <br />monthly reimbursement basis for the duration of the agreement period, <br />provided all terms of this agreement are complied with. The Subgrantee <br />shall document costs and expenses as the Program Agent may require as <br />a prerequisite to monthly reimbursement. <br />10. The Subgrantee shall be bound by the provisions of P.L.'92-54 <br />and the Public Employment ProgramHandbook, U. S. Department of Labor, <br />.manpower Administration, April, 1972, both of which are attached hereto <br />and incorporated by reference, being made a part of this agreement as <br />though set forth fully herein. <br />11.
