<br />GROLIER PROPERTIES, INC. DID NOT HAVE THEIR "AS BUILT-" PLANS
<br />COMPLETED IN TIME FOR THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT TO REVIEW THEM AND THE
<br />PUBLIC HEARING WAS GONTINUED UNTIL THIS MEETING.
<br />WILLIAM COBB, ATTORNEY EXPLAINED THE REQUEST FOR A ZONING
<br />CHANGE.
<br />MR. BRENNAN, PLANNING DIRECTOR STATED THE PLANS MET ALL
<br />THE REQUIREMENTS.
<br />THE CHAIRMAN ASKED IF ANYONE PRESENT WISHED TO BE HEARD,
<br />THERE WERE NONE AND ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT* SECONDED BY
<br />COMMISSIONER MASSEY, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED THE FOLLOWING
<br />RESOLUTION.
