Achievement levels are broken down into three <br />categories: Elementary School, High School, and College. The High School and College groups are <br />further broken down to those that completed 1-3 years and those that graduated. The data also indicate that the educational attainment level in the county increased <br />from 1990 to 2000. In 1990, 76.4% of the county's over 25 population had at least a high school <br />education.
