ORDINANCE NO. 2007-013 <br />Commencing on the Effective Date of this Ordinance, Section 201.08(N) 1 and 2 of the <br />Code shall be recodified as Section 201.92 to read as follows: <br />Section 201.92. Establishment of Certain Pretreatment Fees. <br />Industrial users who are required to obtain an industrial discharge permit pursuant to <br />Part III of this chapter shall pay an initial application fee of one hundred fifty dollars <br />($150.00) and an annual fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00). Industrial users who are <br />required to submit monitoring reports pursuant to Part III of this chapter shall be <br />assessed a late fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) for each incidence of failure to submit a <br />monitoring report within sixty (60) days of the designated monitoring date. <br />SECTION 35. AMENDMENT OF SECTION 201.30 OF THE CODE. <br />Commencing on the Effective Date of this Ordinance, subsections A and F of section <br />201.30 of the Code shall be amended as follows: <br />Section 201.30. Prohibiting discharge of specified waste and waters into the county <br />sewerage system. <br />No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged any of the following described <br />waters or waste into the county sewerage system: <br />A. Any liquid or vapor having a temperature higher than one hundred fort 140 fi#y <br />0-583 degrees Fahrenheit. <br />F. Any waters or wastes having a pH lower than 5.5 6-2 or higher than 9.5 ", or <br />having any other corrosive property capable of causing damage or hazard to structures, <br />equipment, and personnel of the sewerage works. <br />PART II. GENERAL PROVISIONS. <br />SECTION 1. SEVERABILITY. <br />If any clause, section or provision of this Ordinance shall be declared by a court <br />of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or invalid for any cause or reason, the <br />same shall be eliminated from this Ordinance and the remaining portion of this <br />Ordinance shall be in full force and effect and be as valid as if such invalid portion <br />thereof had not been incorporated therein. <br />SECTION 2. REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES. <br />The provisions of any other Indian River County Ordinance that are inconsistent <br />or in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are repealed to the extent of such <br />inconsistency or conflict. <br />41 <br />
