ORDINANCE NO, 2002-031 L. LDR subsection 971.44(5) is hereby created, to read as follows: "(5) Wireless commercial communications facilities (staff -level approval, administrative permit, and special exception) Sec. 1 Purpose and Intent and Siting Alternatives Hierarchy.
