ORDINANCE NO. 2002-031 <br />e. Lighting. <br />New antenna -supporting structures shall be illuminated in <br />accordance with FAA requirements to provide aircraft <br />obstruction lighting, where required. Any such illumination <br />shall be by red lighting unless otherwise directed by the <br />FAA. Louvers or shields may be required by the county to <br />keep lighting from shining down on surrounding properties. <br />No antenna -supporting structure shall be permitted <br />unless the applicant demonstrates that no existing <br />wireless communications facility can accommodate the <br />applicant's proposed facility; or that use of such <br />existing facilities would prohibit personal wireless <br />services in the area of the County to be served by the <br />proposed antenna -supporting structure. <br />2. Evidence submitted to demonstrate that no existing <br />wireless communications facility could accommodate <br />the applicant's proposed facility may consist of any of <br />the following: <br />(i) No existing wireless communications facilities <br />are located within the search radius, used by the <br />applicant in accordance with generally accepted <br />en ineering principles for either capacity or <br />coverage objectives, that meet the applicant's <br />engineering requirements. <br />(ii) Existing wireless communications facilities are <br />not of sufficient height to meet the applicant's <br />engineering requirements. <br />(iii)Existing wireless communications facilities do <br />not have sufficient structural strength to support <br />the applicant's proposed wireless <br />communications facilities and related <br />equipment. <br />(iv)The <br />applicant <br />demonstrates <br />f.
