ORDINANCE NO, 2002-031 <br />a. For a proposed attached wireless communication facility <br />application to be considered complete, it shall contain <br />submittal materials a. through f., h., p -n. (1) through (4) and <br />o., as indicated in Section 5(a)(2). <br />a. Setbacks. <br />1. Stealth facilities shall meet the minimum setback <br />requirements for the zoning district where they are <br />located for the type of structure used or simulated. <br />b. Height. <br />Stealth wireless communications facilities shall not exceed <br />one hundred fifty (150) feet in overall height. The county <br />may limit the height of a proposed stealth facility to ensure <br />that the facility is not readily identifiable as a wireless <br />facility, blends into its surroundings, and has the <br />appearance of an allowable and customary structure on site <br />(e.g. church steeple, flagpole with flag, light standard, tree) <br />In particular, a stealth facility proposed to be disguised as a <br />tree shall not exceed 110% of the height of the tree line of <br />the subj ect^parcel or surrounding area. <br />c.
