ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER DRITENBAS, SECONDED BY <br />COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED THE <br />FOLLOWING RESOLUTION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 73-57 <br />WHEREAS, Urban Development Utilities, Inc. has <br />requested certain rate increases and <br />WHEREAS, a Notice of Public Hearing was duly <br />advertised according to law and a public hearing was held, and <br />WHEREAS, Urban Development Utilities, Inc. has <br />submitted certain financial records indicating'a need for <br />a rate increase, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, that Urban Development <br />Utilities, Inc. is authorized to make the following charges <br />for its services. <br />Water Rate <br />First 2,000 gallons $5.00 per month minimum <br />All over 2,000 gallons $1.00 per 1,000 gallons <br />Sewer <br />$5.50 per user <br />Commercial rates shall be the same as ordinary rates. <br />-25- <br />
