ORDINANCE NO. 2007- 006 <br />Commissioners directs staff to transmit one (1) copy of the amendment to the State of Florida <br />Department of Community Affairs and one (1) copy to the Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council. <br />SECTION 2. Amendments to the Comprehensive Plan <br />The land use designation of the following described property situated in Indian River County, <br />Florida to wit: <br />A PARCEL DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: <br />A PARCEL OF LAND LYING IN SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 32 SOUTH, RANGE 39 <br />EAST, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID PARCEL BEING MORE <br />PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS; <br />COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE <br />SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 10; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 54 <br />MINUTES 55 SECONDS EAST, ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 10, A <br />DISTANCE OF 706.24 FEET, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE HEREIN DESCRIBED <br />PARCEL OF LAND; THENCE NORTH 0 DEGREES 18 MINUTES 42 SECONDS EAST, A <br />DISTANCE OF 960.96 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 54 MINUTES 55 SECONDS <br />EAST, A DISTANCE OF 378.96 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 0 DEGREES 18 MINUTES 42 <br />SECONDS WEST, A DISTANCE OF 960.96 FEET, TO A POINT ON THE SOUTH LINE OF <br />SAID SECTION 10; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 54 MINUTES 55 SECONDS WEST, <br />ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION, A DISTANCE OF 378.96 FEET TO THE <br />POINT OF BEGINNING; <br />SAID DESCRIBED PARCEL CONTAINING 8.36 ACRES, MORE OR LESS. <br />SUBJECT TO ALL EASEMENTS, RIGHTS OF WAY, RESERVATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS, IF ANY. <br />SAID LAND NOW LYING AND BEING IN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />is changed from C/I, Commercial Industrial, to L -1, Low Density Residential -1 (up to 3 units/acre), to and the <br />Future Land Use Map is hereby revised accordingly. <br />SECTION 3. Repeal of Conflicting Provisions <br />All previous ordinances, resolutions, or motions of the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, which conflictwith the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of <br />such conflict. <br />SECTION 4.
