Avulsion, which is defined as a sudden loss <br />as a result of a storm or other natural phenomena. <br />2. Artificially induced erosion, which is defined <br />as a loss caused by man-made structures,_ boat <br />traffic, failure of seawalls, bulkheads or retain- <br />ing walls. <br />Y <br />An application to reclaim`lannd must be supported with the <br />following documentary evidenee: <br />1. Map of ground survey showing: <br />(a).present shoreline at mean high water <br />(b) former shoreline at approximate mean <br />high water <br />2. Charts, maps or photographs relevant to the <br />area and representative of time in which change <br />in location of shoreline occurred. <br />• 3. Two affidavits by persons having no interest <br />in the land but who have personal knowledge of <br />the rate and extent of change and direct cause <br />of change in location <br />of shoreline. <br />g Include the <br />approximate date of the specific hurricane or <br />storm, if applicable. <br />4.
