AFTER <br />THESE RECOMMENDATIONS ARE DISCUSSED THE BOARD FEELS THE REGULATIONS <br />SHOULD BE REVISED, IT SHOULD BE DONE, <br />'ON -MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY <br />--COMMISSIONER MASSEY, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY -GRANTED TENTATIVE APPROVAL <br />i OF ANGLERS COVE SUBDIVISION, UNIT II, SUBJECT TO THE TURN—AROUND <br />AT THE EAST END OF THE RIGHT—OF-WAY BEING MADE LARGER TO ACCOMMODATE <br />EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT AND CLARIFICATION -OF A STATEMENT RELATIVE TO <br />PROPER DRAINAGE IN THIS SUBDIVISION. <br />THE BOARD INSTRUCTED THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR TO CONTACT <br />CECIL S. RICHARDSON INDICATING THAT THE REQUEST FROM THE DEPARTMENT <br />OF TRANSPORTATION CAME UP AFTER THE BOARD GRANTED TENTATIVE APPROVAL <br />TO ANGLERS COVE SUBDIVISION UNIT 1, AND THAT THE 20 FEET OF RIGHT— <br />OF—WAY SHOULD BE PUT ON THE ANGLERS COVE SUBDIVISION UNIT I PLAT. <br />PETE MUSICK, SURVEYOR AND ALEX ERASER, ENGIN'EER4 APPEARED <br />REQUESTING TENTATIVE APPROVAL FOR. A DEVELOPMENT TO BE LOCATED IN THE <br />-WEST 1/2 OF TRACT 5, SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 32S AND RANGE 39 E. <br />MR. FRASER STATED THERE IS 15 ACRES OF LAND AND 12 LOTS <br />TO BE DEVELOPED AND THE GENERAL LOCATION IS THE NORTHEAST CORNER <br />OF CHERRY LANE AND KINGS HIGHWAY. <br />AFTER MUCH DISCUSSION REGARDING THE DRAINAGE IN THIS • <br />AREA THE FOLLOWING MOTION WAS MADE. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER MASSEY, SECONDED BY <br />COMMISSIONER BOGOSIAN, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY GRANTED TENTATIVE <br />APPROVAL, SUBJECT TO THE, LOWEST FLOOR ELEVATION IN THIS <br />DEVELOPMENT BEING AT LEAST 4„ ABOVE THE CENTER LINE OF KINGS <br />HIGHWAY. <br />AUGNa 17 pni.309 <br />81973 <br />
