2008- 023 <br />(g) It is demonstrated that the pond excavation is the minimum necessary to satisfy the <br />intended use of fill on-site, as applicable; and <br />(h) A pond permit is obtained from the county planning division, inch ding the posting <br />of a five hundred dollar ($500.00) bond security or other amount established by <br />a resolution of the Board of County Commissioners; said security to be <br />returned upon verification by county staff that the above criteria have been <br />satisfied. <br />SECTION #3: <br />Section 934.05 is hereby replaced with wording to read as follows: <br />Section 934.05 Site Plan Submittal Requirements for Mines <br />For mining operations not exempt under section 934.04, the following special site plan submittal <br />requirements, in addition to Chapter 914 and Chapter 971 submittal requirements, shall be <br />satisfied: <br />(1) Submittal requirements. Mining site plan application requests shall include the following: <br />(a) Documentation that the applicant has met with the St. John's River Water <br />Management District (SJRWMD) on project stormwater and groundwater issues. <br />(b) Documentation that a county site plan pre -application conference has been conducted <br />in accordance with Chapter 914 requirements and that a traffic impact methodology <br />meeting with Public Works/Traffic Engineering has been conducted. <br />*(c) A National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) pollution prevention <br />plan.
