2008- 023 <br />* (i) A comprehensive dust and spillage control plan that, at a minimum, addresses the <br />following: <br />treatment of stockpiles (including stockpile shape "doming"), on-site <br />processing areas and loading areas, <br />control of dust from truck operations on site and on the project haul route; <br />methods of treatment, such as spraying and watering systems, other dust <br />suppressants, devices and techniques, that prevent or minimize tracking <br />material off-site; <br />- use of mechanical dust recovery devices and techniques; <br />method and timing of re -vegetation in conjunction with excavation phases; <br />method of preventing or minimizing, and cleaning up, material spillage <br />along the haul route; and <br />applicable items from the county's list of mining operation bmps. <br />* (i) Noise modeling data and analysis demonstrating compliance with Chapter 974 noise <br />and nuisance requirements. <br />* (k) Evaluation of project impacts on haul route roads and haul route bridges and <br />culverts if Public Works Department/Traffic Engineering requires such an evaluation <br />as a result of the traffic impact methodology meeting. <br />* (I) Written and graphic information displayed on the site plan demonstrating <br />compliance with section 934.07 requirements. <br />* (m) An engineer's itemized estimate of the cost to restore the site in accordance with <br />Chapter 934 requirements. Such estimate shall include a calculation of 125% of the <br />estimated cost. <br />* (n) Description and photo -documentation of the type and condition of vegetation on-site <br />and description of the observable type and condition of vegetation on adjacent sites. <br />*These items may be submitted after initial review by the Technical Review Committee (TRC). <br />SECTION #4: <br />Re -number old Section 934.05 to take the place of reserved section 934.06 and read as follows: <br />Section 934.056.
