ORDINANCE 2007- 012 <br />(b) Littoral planting zones are to be identified graphically and in writingon a <br />restrictive covenant in a form acceptable to the county attorney. The plat, if <br />qpplicable, must reference the restrictive covenant. The exact language as seen in <br />the Littoral Zone Restrictive Covenant must be followed. The restrictive covenant <br />and plat, if applicable, must be reviewed by the planning division prior to <br />recording. A copy of the recorded restrictive covenant must be provided to Staff <br />prior to approval of the land development permit. <br />(c) Planting of the littoral zones must be completed prior to issuance of a certificate <br />of completion or the first certification of occupancy. for lot adjacent to or <br />abutting the lake, whichever occurs first. <br />(d) All excavations must comply with "Best Management Practices for the <br />Construction Industry." <br />(fl Planted littoral zones must be maintained in ppMetuity in compliance with these <br />planting requirements, and with "Best Management Practices." <br />(5) There will be no significant adverse off-site impact on groundwater quality or <br />groundwater levels.
