REPEAL OF CONFLICTING PROVISIONS <br />All previous ordinances, resolutions, or motions of the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida which conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed <br />to the extent of such conflict.
