ORDINANCE 2004- 003 AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (LDRS) CHAPTER 911 AND CHAPTER 971, SPECIFIC LAND USE CRITERIA, BY CREATING SECTION 971.13(5) REGARDING FRUIT, VEGETABLE, AND NURSERY RETAIL SALES IN AGRICULTURAL AREAS; AND PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF CONFLICTING PROVISIONS, CODIFICATION, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA THAT THE INDIAN RIVER COUNTY LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (LDRS) BE AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: 1.
