This Cooperative Agreement -shall be effective on the 1St day of October lg 73 , and continue in full force and effect from year to year thereafter unless written notice is given by either party to the -other at least thirty days prior to July.lst of any year of the intention to discontinue -the work provided for herein and to cancel this agreement. t 2. The County shall pay to -the Department from the general revenue funds of the County annually a sum equal to 40% of the amount necessary toprovide one ' man year of assistance.up to a maximum of $3,000 per annum for each man year covered by this agreement. This agreement provides for one (1) man year of assist- . °. ante and a maximum payment by the County of $3,000 per year.
