Specific Land Use Criteria Section 971.42(5) is hereby created to read as follows: <br />"(5) Small-scale home furnishings showrooms (excluding furniture and major appliances) <br />(administrative permit: no Planning and Zoning Commission review or approval required if <br />associated with a site plan reviewed as an administrative approval or minor site plan) <br />(b) Additional information requirements: a site plan meeting the requirements of Chapter 914 and <br />demonstrating compliance with the Chapter 954 requirements for furniture, carpet, and major <br />appliance stores display area (showroom). <br />(c) Criteria for small-scale home furnishings showrooms: <br />1. Buildin, area containing a small-scale home furnishings showroom use shall not exceed <br />5,000 square feet in size. <br />2. "Carry -out" retail sales, merchandise distribution manufacture or assembly of products <br />merchandise storage or warehousing loading docks and loading areas are prohibited <br />3.
