ORDINANCE NO. 2000- 015 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING LAND <br />DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (LDRS): CHAPTER 913, SUBDIVISION; <br />CHAPTER 914, SITE PLANS; AND CHAPTER 915, PLANNED <br />DEVELOPMENTS; AND PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF CONFLICTING <br />PROVISIONS, CODIFICATION, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA THAT THE INDIAN RIVER COUNTY LAND DEVELOPMENT <br />REGULATIONS (LDRS) BE AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Subdivision Pre -Application Conference Submittal: <br />The first paragraph of LDR SUBDIVISION Chapter Section 913.07(3)(B) is hereby amended <br />as follows: <br />2. Preliminary Plat Initial (pre -TRC) Submittal: <br />(4) Preliminary plat <br />application <br />and review. <br />SUBDIVISION <br />Chapter <br />Section <br />913.07(4)(A)I.c. <br />is <br />hereby <br />follows: <br />LDR <br />amended <br />as <br />(B) Information <br />required for <br />the <br />formal <br />-application <br />conference. <br />The <br />applicant <br />will <br />pre <br />submit <br />at least <br />ten <br />(10) <br />sets of the <br />preliminary <br />sketch plans <br />of <br />the <br />proposed <br />subdivision <br />to the community <br />development <br />department <br />at least seven <br />(7) <br />The <br />working <br />days <br />before the scheduled <br />date of the <br />preapplication <br />conference. <br />the <br />following <br />information: <br />applicant <br />shall <br />supply the county <br />with <br />2. An applicant shall apply for preliminary plat <br />approval by furnishing to the community development director: <br />a.
