ORDINANCE NO. 2000- 015 <br />2. Two (2) copies of the owners deed and two (2) copies of a letter of <br />authorization from the owner if the owner is different from the <br />applicant. <br />3. Seven (F) Ten (10) plan sets to scale on twenty -four -inch by thirty- <br />six -inch sheets at a scale of not greater than one inch equals fifty (50) <br />feet. If a formal pre -application conference was held for the project, <br />the applicant shall submit a written response to each pre -application <br />conference discrepancy letter item. <br />9. PD Plan Pre -application Conference Submittal: <br />LDR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT Chapter Section 915.21 is hereby amended as follows: <br />Section 915.21. Formal pre -application conference submittal requirements. <br />To initiate the scheduling of a formal pre -application conference by staff, the applicant shall <br />submit a completed formal pre -application conference information form (furnished by the <br />planning division) along with seven (7) ten (10) plan sets which shall include the following <br />graphic and written information: <br />10. REPEAL OF CONFLICTING PROVISIONS <br />All previous ordinances, resolutions, or motions of the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida which conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed <br />to the extent of such conflict. All Special Acts of the legislature applying only to the unincorporated <br />portion of Indian River County which conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby <br />repealed to the extent of such conflict. <br />11. CODIFICATION <br />The provisions of this ordinance shall be incorporated into the County Code and the word <br />"Ordinance" may be changed to "section", "article", or other appropriate word, and the sections of <br />this ordinance may be renumbered or relettered to accomplish such intentions. <br />12. SEVERABILITY <br />If any section, part of a sentence, paragraph, phrase or word of this ordinance is for any <br />reason held to be unconstitutional, inoperative or void, such holdings shall not affect the remaining <br />portions hereof and it shall be construed to have been the legislative intent to pass this ordinance <br />without such unconstitutional, invalid or inoperative part. <br />Coding: Words in strikenthrough type are deletions from existing law.
