ORDINANCE NO. 2003m 043 <br />awnings shall be included in the percentage limitation on the secondary building <br />color and trim color surface area of a facade. <br />The Roseland Corridor Master Color List and the approved color board are the same as for <br />the Wabasso Master Color List, and shall be maintained by and made available by planning <br />staff.
