Is <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2001- 036 <br />The Zoning of the property situated in Indian River County, and <br />legally described in EXHIBIT A (attached) be changed from RS -3 to <br />PD, residential and that the PD conceptual plan (see EXHIBIT B, <br />attached) will control and regulate development of the subject land. <br />Said rezoning shall revert to RS -3 on Deeembef 31, 2001 December <br />31, 2002, unless a land development permit for all or any portion of <br />the project has been issued prior to that date. <br />If any section, sentence, clause, or phrase of this ordinance is held to be invalid or <br />unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, then said holding shall in no way affect the <br />validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance. <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Vero Beach Press Journal on the 21 st day of <br />November , 2001, for a public hearing to be held on the 11 th day of December , 2001, at which <br />time it was moved for adoption by Commissioner Macht seconded by <br />Commissioner.
