ORDINANCE NO. 2003- 020 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 102.04 OF THE <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY CODE DEALING WITH <br />THE ORDER OF BUSINESS AS IT APPEARS ON <br />THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION; AND <br />PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, Section 102.04 sets out the order of business appearing <br />on Commission agendas and, in particular, in subsection 11 sets out Departmental <br />matters and, in subsection 14, Special districts; and <br />WHEREAS, County departments have been reorganized and added <br />since this ordinance was last codified. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA: <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT TO ORDER OF BUSINESS. <br />Subsection 11, "Departmental matters" of Indian River County Code <br />Section 102.04, Order of Business, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />11.
