<br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Florida,
<br />did, after public hearing, make its final report recommending changes
<br />and additions to the Zoning Ordinance of,indian River County, Flor
<br />idai and,
<br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended
<br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear-
<br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens
<br />Were heard: Now, therefore,
<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
<br />�• RiVer County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as follows:
<br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following
<br />-� described property owned by Gulf -Western Food Products Company, a divi-
<br />sion of Gulf -Western Industries, Inc..a Delaware Corporation authorized
<br />to do business in the State of Florida, situated in Indian River County,
<br />Florida, to -wit:
<br />Tracts 1242,•1243, 1250, 1342, & 1343 of the PLAT OF FELLS -
<br />MERE FARMS COMPANY'S SUBDIVISION OF ALL UNSURVEYED PARTS OF;;
<br />TOWNSHIP 31 -SOUTH, RANGE 37 -EAST IN ST. LUCIE COUNTY, STATE
<br />OF FLORIDA, as recorded in Plat Book 2 at pages 1 & 2 of the
<br />public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, said lands situate
<br />lying and being in Indian River County, rlorida. Containing
<br />49.52 acres more or less.
<br />Be changed from A -Agricultural District to R -IMP Mobile Home
