• <br />• <br />Comprehensive Plan Coastal Management Element <br />The Community Development Department staff will be responsible for the overall monitoring <br />and evaluating the Coastal Management Element. <br />While monitoring will occur on a continual basis, formal evaluation of the Coastal Management <br />Element will occur every five (5) years in conjunction with the Evaluation and Appraisal of the <br />Comprehensive Plan.
