ALSO PRESENT <br />WAS GORDON JOHNSTON, ATTORNEY TO THE TOWN COUNCIL OF INDIAN RIVER <br />SHORES, <br />B <br />A <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED THE MEETING TO ORDER. <br />IN CONNECTION WITH THE WORKSHOP SESSION HELD THIS <br />EVENING A MOTION WAS MADE BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY <br />COMMISSIONER DRITENBAS, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY AUTHORIZED THAT <br />ATTORNEY BURCH PREPARE A LETTER AS OUTLINED IN THE WORKSHOP <br />SESSION,:'TO THE CITY OF VERO BEACH, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE <br />MEETING WITH E.P.A. IN ATLANTA, AND THE ATTORNEY SHOULD MAKE <br />ANY MODIFICATIONS NECESSARY.TO SATISFY"THE E.P.A. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER MASSEY, SECONDED BY <br />COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY AUTHORIZED ATTORNEY <br />URCH AND THE ATTORNEY FOR INDIAN RIVER SHORES TO DRAFT AN <br />GREEMENT BETWEEN INDIAN RIVER SHORES AND INDIAN .RIVER COUNTY. <br />MAYOR MILLER ASKED THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS IF THEY <br />WOULD RENT OR LOAN THE TOWN OF INDIAN RIVER SHORES A PIECE OF COUNTY <br />QUIPMENT TO MOVE SOME CULVERTS WHICH WERE TOO BIG FOR THEM TO <br />ioc� to <br />
