MR. KRAMER STATED THAT THE COMMENTS FROM CITIZENS <br />PRESENT AT THIS MEETING ARE COMMENTS REGARDING THE REZONING <br />FOR THE VERO MAR SHORES DEVELOPMENT AND ALSO THE BONNIE <br />DAHLSTROM DEVELOPMENT, WHICH IS THE NEXT SCHEDULED PUBLIC <br />HEARING TODAY AND THIS PROPERTY IS LOCATED JUST SOUTH OF THE <br />VERO MAR SHORES DEVELOPMENT. <br />MR. KRAMER FURTHER STATED THAT NO REZONING SHOULD <br />TAKE PLACE UNTIL THE MASTER PLAN IS ADOPTED. <br />.JACK STURGIS, APPEARED AND INFORMED THE BOARD <br />THAT HIS FAMILY HAVE OWNED PROPERTY TO THE SOUTH OF THIS <br />PROJECT AND APPROVED OF THIS PLAN AND THE REZONING OF THIS <br />PROPERTY. <br />LLOYD BERNEGGER♦ REPRESENTING THE VERO BEACH <br />ASSOCIATION APPEARED AND PRESENTED A SURVEY REGARDING REZONING. <br />MR. BERNEGGER STATED THAT THE VERO BEACH ASSOCIATION IS IN FAVOR <br />OF GROWTH, BUT IT MUST BE CONTROLLED.GROWTH, HE ALSO STATED <br />THAT THE SERVICE FACILITIES AT THIS TIME CAN NOT HANDLE THE <br />AMOUNT OF PEOPLE THIS PROJECT WOULD BRING TO THE BEACH AREA. <br />THE FURTHER STATED THAT THE MASTER PLAN SHOULD BE ADOPTED BEFORE <br />ANY ZONING CHANGES ARE MADE. <br />VALERIE MCINTOSH APPEARED IN SUPPORT OF THE REZONING <br />OF THIS PROPERTY. <br />.JANEROBINSON APPEARED IN OPPOSITION TO THE REZONING <br />OF THIS PROPERTY. <br />O <br />ALBERTA BIRCH APPEARED IN SUPPORT OF THIS REZONING <br />:AND THIS PROJECT. <br />NINA HAYNES APPEARED IN OPPOSITION TO THE REZONING <br />JAND QUESTIONED MR. PADGETT REGARDING A MOTEL BEING INCLUDED IN <br />r - <br />THE PLANS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THIS PROPERTY. MR.
