Bids for materials other <br />than fuel and signs should be sub - <br />milled on your letterhead or bidding <br />forms. <br />The Board of County Com- <br />missioners reserves the right to <br />reject any or all bids and to make <br />awards in such manner as they <br />consider to be in the best interests of <br />Indian River County. <br />Bids for each item shall be in <br />separate envelopes securely sealed <br />and plainly marked on the outside to <br />show the material being bid on, the <br />item number as shown in the <br />specifications and the date and time <br />of the opening. The bids may be <br />mailed or delivered to the Office of <br />the County Administrator, Room <br />115, County Court House, Vero <br />Beach, Florida 32960.
