SEP 9 1973 <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER DRITENBAS, SECONDED <br />BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED <br />REJECTING THE BID SUBMITTED BY BOWEN ROOFING COMPANY BECAUSE <br />IT DID NOT MEET THE SPECIFICATIONS AS ADVERTISED. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER DRITENBAS, SECONDED BY <br />COMMISSIONER MASSEY, THE BOARD UNANIMO1. USLY APPROVED READVERTISING <br />FOR BIDS FOR REROOFING THE JAIL 60 DAYS FROM THIS DATE. THE <br />60 DAY DELAY WAS SUGGESTED DUE TO THE FACT THAT THIS IS THE <br />RAINY SEASON, <br />FRANK ZORC, DEVELOPER OF SUN ACRES SUBDIVISION <br />APPEARED REQUESTING THE ABANDONMENT OF AN EASEMENT ON LOT <br />1, IN SUN ACRES SUBDIVISION. MR. ZORC STATED THAT THIS EASEMENT <br />IS UNDER AN EXISTING HOUSE AND IN ORDER TO OBTAIN A PERFECT TITLE <br />THIS EASEMENT MUST BE ABANDONED. <br />MR. ZORC EXPLAINED THAT WHEN THIS SUBDIVISION WAS - <br />FIRST PLATED THERE WAS A FIVE FOOT EASEMENT ON THE REAR LOT LINE. <br />THESE LOTS WERE LATER EXTENDED AND THEN REPLATED NOT SHOWING <br />THE OLD EASEMENT LINE. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER MASSEY, SECONDED BY <br />COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED ABANDONING <br />THE REAR EASEMENT ON LOT 1 IN SUN ACRES SUBDIVISION, AS REQUESTED <br />BY FRANK ZORC, <br />MR. ZORC WILL HAVE THE NECESSARY PAPERS PREPARED <br />AND WILL PRESENT THEM TO THE BOARD TO BE MADE A PART OF THE <br />OFFICIAL MINUTES. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT,.
