ORDINANCE NO. 2006- o34 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING <br />ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP FOR MORE OR LESS 6 ACRES <br />LOCATED WEST OF 108TH AVENUE AND APPROXIMATELY 200 FEET SOUTH OF C.R. <br />512, FROM CG, GENERAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TO CRVP, COMMERCIAL <br />RECREATIONAL VEHICLE PARK DISTRICT (UP TO 14 UNITS/ACRE); AND PROVIDING <br />CODIFICATION, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the local planning agency on <br />such matters, held a public hearing and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this <br />rezoning request; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, did <br />publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the hereinafter described property; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that this rezoning is in <br />conformance with the Comprehensive Plan of Indian River County; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has held a public hearing pursuant to this <br />rezoning request, at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the zoning of the following described property situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />FROM THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTHWEST/40F THE SOUTHEAST/40F <br />SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 31 SOUTH, RANGE 38 EAST, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA; RUNS SOUTH 0°32'37" WEST ALONG EAST LINE OF AFORESAID <br />SOUTHWEST '/4 OF SOUTHEAST '/4A DISTANCE OF 299.15 FEET TO THE POINT OF <br />BEGINNING OF THE PARCEL TO BE HEREIN DESCRIBED, SAID POINT OF BEGINNING <br />BEING LOCATED ON THE WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF 108TH AVENUE, FROM SAID <br />POINT OF BEGINNING CONTINUE SOUTH 0032"37" WEST ALONG SAID LINE AND <br />ALONG SAID WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE 350 FEET: THENCE RUN NORTH 89°15'23" <br />WEST A DISTANCE OF 778.69 FEET TO THE EASTERLY RIGHT -OF WAY- LINE OF I-95; <br />THENCE FOLLOWING SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE RUN NORTH 10°48'50" EAST, 355.33 <br />1 of 3 <br />
