Also listed is the maximum gallons that we will <br />deliver for the one year period. <br />The prices as indicated on the contract are tied to market conditions in <br />the Indian River County area and are subject to change with five days written <br />notice. <br />The price as indicated on Chevron Supreme Gasoline includes the $.00125 <br />Florida State Inspection Fee, but is exclusive of any applicable tax. <br />Our quotation is considered accepted when an authorized representative of <br />the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County approve our Form <br />242 Contract. <br />This offer is to be considered withdrawn if not accepted within 30 days from <br />the date of this letter. <br />We have enjoyed our association with Indian River County and we look forward <br />to serving your future petroleum requirements. <br />Yours very truly, <br />D.
