ORDINANCE NO. 2005-001 <br />SAID PARCEL CONTAINING 9.77 ACRES MORE OR LESS <br />is changed from A-1, Agricultural -1 District (up to 1 unit/5 acres), to RS -3, Single Family <br />Residential District (up to 3 units/acre). <br />AND <br />THE EAST 10 ACRES OF TRACT 10, SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 32 SOUTH, RANGE 39 EAST, <br />ACCORDING TO THE LAST GENERAL PLAT OF THE LANDS OF THE INDIAN RIVER <br />FARMS COMPANY AS FILED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 25 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF <br />ST LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA, NOW INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA; <br />SUBJECT TO EASEMENTS, RESERVATIONS, RESTRICTIONS AND RIGHTS-OF-WAY OF <br />RECORD. <br />SAID PARCELS CONTAINING 9.54 ACRES MORE OR LESS. <br />is changed from A-1, Agricultural -1 District (up to 1 unit/5 acres), to RM -6, Multiple Family <br />Residential District (up to 6 units/acre). <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in said Land Development <br />Regulations. <br />This ordinance shall become effective upon filing with the Department of State. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, on this 18th day of January, 2005. <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Press -Journal on the 3rd day of January, 2005, for a <br />public hearing to be held on the 18th day of January, 2005, at which time it was moved for adoption <br />by Commissioner Neuberger, seconded by Commissioner Davis, and adopted by the following vote: <br />Thomas S.
