Mr. Cuccurese specifies that <br />the uplands area (the RS -6 area) will increase by .038 acres only. This is only 1,655.28 square <br />feet, which is significantly less than the size of one building lot in the RS -6 zoning district. I am <br />authorized to represent, both on behalf of the Liers, who currently own the property, and on <br />behalf of the buyer, that this will not result in any additional residential units on the property. As <br />you can see, the increase is di minimus. <br />Consequently, kindly review the enclosed, circulate it to the County Surveyor, if you think it <br />necessary, and process the amendment to the Ordinances to which my previous correspondence <br />referred. <br />
