t <br />RESOLUTION No, 73-70 <br />WHEREAS, this Board heretofore did grant an easement to <br />Indian River Cablevision, Incorporated, to use certain rights of way of <br />Indian River County for the purpose of stringing its cable, and <br />WHEREAS, in said easement this Board did reserve the right <br />to control the prices charged by Indian River Cablevision, Incorporated, <br />for its services, and <br />WHEREAS, Indian River Cablevision, Incorporated, has made <br />a request for a rate increase, and <br />WHEREAS, publication of a Notice of Public Hearing was duly <br />made, and <br />WHEREAS, this Board did on the 7th day of November, 1973, <br />hold a public hearing on said request, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of <br />County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that Indian River <br />• Cablevision, Incorporated is hereby authorized to make charges for its <br />service as shown in Schedule A attached to this Resolution. <br />ATTEST: <br />County C14ZA <br />U <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />r' <br />By <br />Alma Lee Loy, Chairman <br />NOV 18 PAGE188 <br />
